CANCELLATION POLICY

Domestic Orders

  1. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by mailing us at myantarang@gmail.com with the Order ID 
  2. For the cancelled order that has already been dispatched, the shipping and reverse shipping charges will be borne by the customer only and the actual product value will be refunded on receiving the product in original condition

International Orders

  1. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by mailing us at myantarang@gmail.com with the Order ID
  2. If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount. Else only the product value gets refunded on receiving the product in original condition. Reverse shipping will be borne by the customer only
    DOMESTIC EXCHANGE POLICY

    If you have received the product it will be eligible for replacement only in cases where there are defects found with the products. We, strictly, do not have returns on the basis of your choice and selection upon receiving the product. You may wish to enquire before placing the order.

    INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE POLICY

    Currently we do not have any exchange policy for international customers.


    REFUND POLICY

    1. For Domestic Orders, refund will be made to the provided customers account within 10 working days upon receiving the original product from the customer
    2. For International Orders, refund will be processed via Paypal
    RETURN POLICY
    1. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at myantarang@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID
    2. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement of same product (if available) or another product of the same value is issued to you with no additional cost
    3. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you courier it back to us
    4. For domestic customers, Please inform us about the defect, if any,  within 2 days of delivery and the return should happen within 7 days after informing us about the defect otherwise we would not be able to help you with any kind of exchange/ refund or return whichever suitable.

    Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

    1. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product
    2. If the saree has been ordered with fall and edging or if the product is customized for you.
    3. The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons
