Shipping & Delivery Policy

www.myantarang.com is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.


No cancellation or exchange will be applicable on discounted products or products under any special promotion/ sale on Domestic or International orders.


DOMESTIC

  1. Shipping charges anywhere within India is INR 100 for order value upto INR 1500. And for order value above INR1500 is INR 150 irrespective of the number of items bought.
  2. For cancellation or return of domestic order, the customer has to bear both the forward and return shipping charges, Antarang will only refund the product charges to the customer.
  3. We do free Shipping when your purchase is above INR 5000.
  4. Orders are dispatched within 3 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order.
  5. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days.
  6. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail within 2-3 hours.
  7. Our prices are all inclusive. GST is included with the listed prices except Octroi/customs, if applicable in your region.
  8. If any product comes back to us due to wrong address as mentioned by you in the order, or if you were not available to receive the order or any other situation arising that results in parcel coming back to us : You will have to pay an additional amount of INR 350 for us to re-ship your order. If you fail to do so, only the product value shall be refunded minus the shipping charge as mentioned in your order summary. If your order was eligible for free delivery, we shall be deducting the actual amount as charged to us by our courier partner.


INTERNATIONAL

  1. We use DHL/ INDIA POST for our international orders and we charge as per the final weight of your order + taxes as applicable. Minimum shipping Charges are INR 3500+tax
  2. For orders containing jewellery or jewellery with saree/suits, only INDIA POST will be used for shipping
  3. Paypal taxes which is extra, will be included in the final amount for international customers levied on product as well as shipping charges. Even if the order is placed directly, an extra 10% will be charged on the total amount.
  4. Standard conversion rate is not followed in case of currency change. You will be charged as per the currency specific catalog by Paypal.
  5. For cancellation or return of an international order, the customer has to bear both the forward and return shipping charges, Antarang will only refund the product charges to the customer.
  6. Any duty charges / custom taxes/ or any other local charges has to be borne by the customer. Antarang will not be liable for such charges.
  7. The amount of duties depends on the policies of your destination country. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.
  8. Our Delivery partner is DHL/ INDIA POST
  9. We don't have any Transit insurance.

What if I the product is received in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 09899423311 or email us at myantarang@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement of same product (if available) or another product of the same value is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
